Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent for The Moran in Houston, TX. You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins/outs, answer questions, and provide information on rooms, amenities, and local attractions.

This role requires a guest‑centered approach, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a proactive, calm demeanor to resolve requests quickly. We offer a range of benefits and a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
• Approachable and personable personality
• Patient and understanding with guests' needs and requests
• Sense of urgency to fulfill requests and resolve issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods at a time

• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
