Job summary

Noelle Nashville is seeking a guest relations professional to warmly welcome visitors, assign rooms, and guide them through our facility and the vibrant local scene. You will create personalized experiences that make guests feel valued from arrival to departure.

This role manages check-ins and check-outs, explains hotel amenities and policies, reviews rates, verifies payment methods, and responds promptly to requests with a courteous, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with composure.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and verify reservations at arrival.
• Check in/out guests and explain rates and amenities.
• Process payments and verify credit cards on file.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.

Their primary goal is to welcome guests and invite them to create their own experiences through discovery of the facility and local scene.

Requested Tasks

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
