Job summary

Big Tool Box Inc. is seeking a Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor to lead the team, ensure 100% receiving accuracy, and maintain organized backroom flow from dock to sales floor.

Responsibilities include auditing receipts, coordinating deliveries, and driving the Sort & Segregate program while pursuing vendor credits. You will oversee staff, conduct huddles, and coach for scan-to-stage accuracy, with RF and forklift responsibilities and access to AP portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics/supply chain education a plus.
• 2+ years of receiving/warehouse leadership experience with expertise in Sort & Segregate, BOPUIS fulfillment, AP reconciliation, and vendor credit pursuit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving/Warehouse associates and drivers; schedule and coach for accuracy and safety.
• Audit 100% of high-value receipts and 30% of total receipts; verify counts and ASN exceptions in real time.
• Oversee Sort & Segregate daily; ensure proper BOPUIS staging and over-receive handling.
• Maintain receiving paperwork, 5S standards, and coordinate deliveries/will-calls/store transfers.
