Big Tool Box in Centennial, CO is seeking a Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Receiving and Warehouse team, ensure 100% receiving accuracy, and maintain organized back rooms and smooth flow from dock to sales floor.

This full-time role includes auditing receipts and invoices, coordinating deliveries, pursuing vendor credits, managing the Sort & Segregate program, and overseeing BOPUIS processes while developing staff and reducing shrink.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s in logistics/supply chain a plus.
• 2+ years receiving/warehouse leadership; proven experience with Sort & Segregate, BOPUIS fulfillment, AP reconciliation, and vendor credit pursuit required.
• Leadership that drives accuracy and credit recovery; expert in receiving, WMS, BOPUIS module, RF scanners, and Excel reporting.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; operate forklift; early-morning availability; occasional weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Receiving/Warehouse team to achieve 100% receiving accuracy, backroom organization, and smooth product flow from dock to sales floor.
• Audit 100% of high-value receipts and 30% of all receipts; verify counts, scan accuracy, and ASN exceptions in real time; match invoices to Po, receiving report, and BOL.
• Oversee Sort & Segregate program; ensure correct staging of salvage, recyclable, hazardous waste, and returns; manage BOPUIS over-receives and holds.
• Coordinate receiving paperwork, 5S standards, velocity-based slotting, and delivery coordination; pursue vendor credits and reduce shrink.
