Experience coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead safe operations and promote a positive safety culture.
Accurately process and move raw materials and finished goods on the factory floor.
Oversee loading/unloading transfer trailers to support daily production goals.
Utilize ERP system to process transfers, put-away, and related tasks.
Coach and support team members, provide cross-training, and assign responsibilities.
Ensure daily requests are fulfilled and KPIs are tracked and reported.
