Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas (meat, bakery, produce, deli) recommended.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clear, direct directions to team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day store operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; support promotion decisions.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales, and control shrink.
• Ensure safe, friendly, and efficient customer service.
