Job summary

eBay is seeking a Receiving Associate at Goldin HQ to oversee the intake of consignments, from shipments and in-person drop-offs. You will work with Inventory, Auction Management, and Sales to ensure accurate processing, prioritization, and authentication readiness for high-value items.

The role emphasizes meticulous documentation, coordination with PSA/Beckett/JSA graders, and efficient integration back into the auction workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inventory management, or logistics in a fast-paced, high-value environment.
• Experience managing shipments from third-party graders or authenticators is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for high‑value consignments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Inventory, Authentication).
• Strong problem-solving abilities when handling exceptions or discrepancies in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of consignments, both shipped and drop-offs, and assign Opportunity IDs.
• Flag missing information or missing attachments to consignments.
• Prioritize high-value or elite consignments for faster processing.
• Coordinate with Authentication and third-party graders to move items through verification.
• Log and report status of received consignments across teams.
• Maintain organized records and streamline receiving processes.
