eBay is seeking an Account Manager for Goldin.com to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs and objectives, while exploring automation opportunities and improving efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data reporting, and CRM proficiency within the memorabilia and collectibles space. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with some flexibility in hours.

Competenze

• Knowledge of memorabilia, sports trading cards and TCG markets.
• Experience in e-commerce, specialty or collectibles.
• Strong communication and social skills to establish client trust.
• Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
• Proactive approach to identifying efficiency improvements.

• Provide excellent customer service for clients per consignment team directions.
• Act as primary client contact and address needs or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
