Heritage Auctions in Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate focused on invoicing-based packing. You will print invoices, reconcile contents, verify shipments, and prepare labels and paperwork to accompany each package.

Responsibilities include safeguarding high-value items with careful packing, maintaining an organized workspace, and supporting occasional receiving tasks as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience with order packing/fulfillment is preferred.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Print, review, and reconcile invoices; match items and quantities.
• Pick and pack fragile items with appropriate materials.
• Create shipping labels and paperwork and include documents with shipments.
• Perform final quality checks (SKU, quantity, condition, documentation).
• Stage outgoing packages for carrier pickup and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing station and replenish supplies.
• Occasional receiving/unpacking of incoming materials; light staging as needed.
