New Way Trucks in Booneville, MS is seeking a Receiving & Shipping Supervisor to lead inbound and outbound material activities for our manufacturing operations. You will oversee daily receiving, packing, loading, and ERP-driven transactions to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will coach a team of 2-5 employees, enforce safety standards, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues across multiple locations around

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Experience in supervising warehouse or shipping/receiving operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily receiving and shipping activities across multiple facilities nearby.
• Ensure materials are received accurately against purchase orders and documentation.
• Oversee outbound shipments preparation and loading, with ERP transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues.
