New Way Trucks in Booneville, MS is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the Parts Dept. You will receive, inspect, and package inbound goods and verify against bills of lading; pack and ship outbound merchandise and maintain shipment records.

Responsibilities include managing daily inventory transactions, unloading and checking goods, coordinating replacement parts shipping, using Epicor ERP to book freight and track orders, and operating a forklift safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods against records.
• Pack and ship outgoing merchandise and maintain shipment records.
• Manage daily inventory transactions including PO receiving and invoicing.
• Coordinate stock of replacement parts and arrange shipping.
• Use Epicor ERP to book freight and track orders.
• Operate forklift safely and report hazards.
