Job summary

Rise Technical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to own daily warehouse operations, drive inventory controls, and lead a team of 5 across warehouse and shipping. The role balances hands-on floor leadership with ERP system management to ensure accurate orders, timely receiving, and efficient distribution.

The ideal candidate has proven warehouse/Logistics leadership, ERP experience, and a related-associate degree; international shipping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

ERP experience required; hands-on leadership with people management
Experience managing transactions, orders, inventory, or related warehouse processes
Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 5 across warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations.
Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, cycle counts, picking, receiving, and domestic/international shipments.
Spend approximately 50% on the warehouse floor and 50% managing orders, transactions, and inventory through the ERP system.
