Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead our inbound logistics and dock operations. You will manage daily freight receipts, ensure accurate inventory from arrival, and guide a dedicated team to keep our supply chain moving efficiently.

The role requires 2 years of experience in receiving, strong supervisory skills, and a focus on safety and accuracy. Competitive compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Receiving or inbound logistics
• Experience supervising a warehouse receiving team
• Familiarity with dock operations and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound dock operations and daily freight receipts
• Verify incoming shipments against orders and inspect for damage
• Enter received goods into WMS/ERP for real-time stock visibility
• Direct putaway, staging, and transfer to storage locations or production lines
• Supervise and train receiving staff, enforce PPE and equipment safety
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and procurement to resolve OS&D issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates
