Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving operations.
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Receive goods and verify quantity and condition; report discrepancies.
• Prepare bills of lading and drayage tickets.
• Complete documentation for damage claims related to in-transit issues.
• Transport materials within the receiving dock as needed.
• Provide necessary documentation to accounting and other departments.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
