Job summary

The Supply Room, a division of TSRC, Inc., seeks a Receiving Lead to supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities in Ashland, VA. You will unload, inspect, and stock shipments, prioritize work, and coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of warehouse receiving and stand-up forklift experience, strong math and communication skills, and a focus on detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills required for daily warehouse tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication to coordinate with teams.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and SOPs.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in receiving paperwork and inventory.
• Able to work independently or with a team to meet daily standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload shipments and process inbound freight according to standards.
• Verify contents, inspect for damage, and stock using FIFO for perishable goods.
• Process backorders and route received goods to final destinations.
• Direct the receiving team and prioritize inbound appointments daily.
• Assist with outbound freight, returns, and warehouse housekeeping.
