Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
• Train and develop all team members in the department.
• Maintain merchandise presentation as directed by management.
• Verify signing on fixtures is correct.
• Ensure floor plans and moves are performed safely.
• Prioritize hot/fashion merchandise with receiving.
• Communicate sales information to store and district management.
• Complete on-time price changes and accurate inventories.
• Perform tasks across store areas as needed.
• Support loss prevention by reporting dishonest behavior.
