Job summary

Talentify in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Shipper/Receiver Clerk to coordinate inbound deliveries, manage receiving paperwork, and support daily warehouse operations. You will generate RCN checklists, schedule POs, update trailer/drop lists with supervision, and communicate with buyers on refusals, ensuring accurate documentation before packets go to accounting.

This full-time, non-union clerical role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work 8–12 hours daily

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication required.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in basic computer usage and data entry.
• Independent worker with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Generate RCN checklists for every PO on each delivery.
• Coordinate with supervisor on open doors and trailers; update drop trailer lists.
• Maintain current day's receiving schedule including start/stop times.
• Schedule POs in the system as requests come in.
• Email buyers on refusals and research old POs as needed.
• Review PO paperwork before sending receiving packets to accounting.
• Record arrival and departures of inbound POs; input data entry.
