Specialized Packaging Group is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Handler in Aurora, CO to manage inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records. This full-time role supports warehouse operations and emphasizes safety and efficiency in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in shipping/receiving and forklift certification are beneficial as the work is primarily in a warehouse

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping guidelines.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Label, sort, store, and prepare inventory for orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts.
• Communicate with carriers and vendors regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and report stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
