Job summary

Windigo Logistics Llc in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time Clerical associate to coordinate paperwork for inbound deliveries, schedule POs, and support daily warehouse operations.

You will generate RCN checklists, manage receiving schedules, and ensure accurate data entry while communicating clearly with drivers, buyers, and supervisors. The role requires attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in a warehouse with dust and noise across 8–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication required.
• Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Computer knowledge and basic software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate RCN checklist for every PO on each delivery, including BOLs.
• Coordinate with supervisor on open doors and trailers; update drop trailers list.
• Maintain current day’s receiving schedule with start/stop times.
• Schedule POs in the system as requests come in.
• Send emails to buyers on refusals; research and respond to old POs.
• Review PO paperwork before sending receiving packets to accounting.
• Arrival and departures of all inbound POs.
• Input data entry on all inbound PO records.
