Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Worker in Aurora, OH. The role involves packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring safe delivery, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, contract position onsite. The ideal candidate has warehouse/shipping experience, can print labels, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, packing, or order fulfillment.
• Able to print labels and enter shipment info on a computer.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and packing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance; willing to learn forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare small customer orders for shipment.
• Bubble wrap, tape, box, and secure products.
• Print shipping labels and documentation.
• Verify order accuracy and packaging compliance.
• Assist with picking, packing, and inventory organization.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse software.
• Cross-train on forklift operation and material movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
