Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to support accurate receiving, inventory control, freight processing, and merchandise movement throughout the store. This role handles shipments, purchase orders, inventory verification, freight sorting, and ongoing replenishment on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of related experience, be comfortable using computers and scan guns, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Formación

• 1+ year of receiving, warehouse, inventory, freight, or related experience.
• Experience with purchase orders, inventory control, or shipping and receiving.
• Comfortable using computers, scan guns, and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive shipments and process purchase orders according to company SOPs.
• Use scan guns and computer systems to document receipts and inventory.
• Identify and communicate PO, DC, and vendor discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and research negative on-hand inventory.
• Verify merchandise pricing, labels, and security tags as required.
• Unload, sort, organize, and distribute freight throughout the store.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with sales floor inventory during high-demand periods.
• Process store-to-store transfers, shipping, and UPS shipments accurately.
• Follow apparel receiving and merchandising procedures, including tagging, labeling, rack organization, and stock levels.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scan guns, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Participate in cross-training and support other store departments as needed.
