Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to efficiently load and unload shipments, organize products for the sales floor, and ensure stock levels are maintained. The role emphasizes accurate receipt, merchandising, and adherence to SOPs for apparel items.

You will operate scanners, manage receiving paperwork, and support inventory during high-demand periods, while collaborating with the receiving team to maintain a safe, well-organized store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of receiving experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and efficient.
• Ability to interact with the team and manage activities using computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and prepare merchandise for storage or sales floor.
• Set up displays and stock shelves with products.
• Follow SOPs for receiving and processing apparel.
• Use scan guns and computer systems to document receipts accurately.
• Record daily receiving paperwork and assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers and UPS shipments as needed.
