Reser's Fine Foods in Memphis, TN is seeking an administrative Support to the shipping department to help record shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires basic math, 10-key entry, and strong written and spoken communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC skills required.
• Position requires basic math.
• Skilled in 10-key data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Records shipment data including products received, space availability, and discrepancies.
• Determines appropriate shipping methods for sending food products.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and to issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Confers with representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance.
• Prepares documents such as bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Acts as a liaison to other departments.
• Sorts, files, and scans documents.
• Maintains an accurate inventory of office supplies.
• Coordinates distribution events.
