PARR is seeking a Receiving Coordinator at our Tacoma, WA yard to accurately receive inventory, verify against POs, and communicate discrepancies. This full-time role collaborates with vendors, the OIC, and purchasing to ensure damage-free deliveries and precise records.

You will operate scanners and a forklift, help with cycle counts, and prepare labels. The position requires attention to detail, safety, and teamwork as part of PARR’s Legendary Service through Teamwork culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with receiving/inventory control preferred.
• Ability to operate scanners, ERP systems, and forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Good communication in English and safe work practices.

Responsabilités

• Receive/verify inventory deliveries and compare to purchase orders.
• Document counts and notify vendors of discrepancies or damages.
• Inspect materials for damage before unloading and label properly.
• Operate forklift and scanning devices to process deliveries.
• Support cycle counts and partner with OIC and Purchasing as needed.
