Job summary

PARR is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join our Oregon yard team. You will accurately receive inventory, verify PO vs packing slips, and communicate discrepancies to vendors while ensuring damage-free product and timely ERP updates.

Key duties include staging, labeling, and supporting with annual counts, returns, and safety procedures. A high school diploma and basic English is required; Class C license preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive/count inventory delivered to yard and document counts.
• Validate material received matches purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect for damage and report discrepancies to vendors.
• Operate forklift and related equipment following safety procedures.
• Coordinate with OIC, Central Purchasing, and Bookkeeping to complete receiving in ERP.
• Assist with cycle counts, returns, and vendor communication.
• Maintain organized staging area and proper labeling for all items.
