Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a team member to handle receiving, accounting, and distribution tasks across store deliveries. You will verify POs, ensure product integrity, and process supplier invoices while supporting regional accounting during close.

Qualifications include 12+ months retail and distribution experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and IRMA. Some lifting and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• 12+ months in a distribution or receiving environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures and policies.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and IRMA.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Verify actual product against Purchase Orders and/or supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and check temperatures as needed.
• Process and file invoices; distribute copies to teams and regional office.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing application.
• Adhere to store receiving standards and store processes.
• Support product teams with accounting during inventory and close.
• Maintain environmental areas and equipment in proper working order.
