• Verify actual product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and check temperatures as needed.
• Stamp, initials, and file invoices; distribute copies to teams.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing application; adhere to Receiving standards.
• Support accounts payable communications with vendors and store leadership.
