Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a team-oriented Receiving Associate to handle product deliveries, maintain backstock and the receiving area, and ensure proper stocking of refrigerated items.

You will support Team Leaders and store leadership while following safety and sanitation procedures. This on-site role requires alertness, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have working knowledge of IRMA.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries.
• Maintain receiving area and backstock.
• Ensure refrigerated items are stocked and stored properly.
• Keep receiving area neat, clean, and safe.
• Document transfers and waste using forms.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report hazards.
• Communicate with team and attend meetings.
• Record time accurately and adhere to dress code.
