Qualifications

• Experience receiving, warehouse or inventory control preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
• Compare packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices for correct quantities.
• Document discrepancies and report damages to the appropriate departments.
• Enter receiving information into ERP or inventory management systems accurately.
• Label and stage received materials in designated areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory control, and production teams.
