Job summary

Advantech USA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to FIFO practices.

You will work with SAP for serial number scans, generate receiving reports, and assist with returns and RMA processes. This position is non-exempt, hourly, and requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Lead with material processing activities.
• Unload air and sea shipments, sort materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves using FIFO procedures, and operate a forklift as needed.
• Sort incoming materials and utilize the barcode system (iWMS).
• Receive local shipments, create barcodes, scan serial numbers in SAP, and prepare receiving reports.
• Unload consignment and fulfillment project materials, create barcodes, and scan serial numbers in SAP.
• Perform incoming material receiving and counting and prepare receiving reports.
• Work with the QA and RMA departments to process product returns, credits, and RMA activities.
• Pick sales orders and work orders (CTOS/DTOS projects) from inventory using FIFO procedures and place orders onto pallets or pull carts.
• Forward orders to the Shipping or Kitting area to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
