Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate deliveries and protect merchandise. You will record deliveries, verify products, update the Dataworks system, and move stock to correct areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility with scheduling and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands.

Responsibilities

• Protect merchandise and the resort from shrinkage.
• Receive shipments for all departments except Food & Beverage, including UPS, Fed-Ex, and vendor trucks; ship out all packages.
• Record deliveries, verify product delivery, distribute paperwork to appropriate departments, and move product to designated areas.
• Update the Dataworks system with all receiving details.
• Maintain retail stockrooms by stocking shelves and removing cardboard.
• Ensure all merchandise is tagged with UPC labels.
• Maintain a safe facility and work environment per regulations.
