Qualifications

• Previous receiving, warehouse, inventory, or purchasing experience in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail with quantities, invoices, and inventory.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices and food safety procedures.
• Organized with good time-management and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple resort departments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and check in deliveries of food, beverages, liquor, and non-food supplies.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices for quantity, price, quality.
• Store and distribute products according to resort procedures.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and proper storage of perishable items.
• Prepare daily receiving reports and assist with processing invoices.
• Assist with liquor inventory control and monthly counts; coordinate with departments.
