Job summary

St. Mary’s Food Bank is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Receiving & Inbound Operations in Phoenix. You will oversee the receivers and put-away teams, ensure safe, accurate, on-time deliveries, and manage training and coaching for efficiency.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office. Shift runs 11am–7:30pm with a focus on safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• Proven warehouse supervisory experience (3+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate warehouse teammates.
• Maintain staffing, training, and resources to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Oversee receiving/inbound operations and put-away activities.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and inventory control.
• Develop and enforce department procedures for safety and cost control.
• Create schedules and assign tasks to staff, including shift coverage.
