St. Mary’s Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Warehouse Supervisor - Receiving & Inbound Operations to lead the receivers and put-away teams, ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires 3+ years supervisory experience in warehousing, strong leadership, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS. Schedule is 11am–7:30pm; on-site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred or 5+ years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
• Experience hiring, training, and resolving employee relations issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task.
• Basic math skills; able to present information to groups.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and make quick decisions.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable warehouse conditions.

• Direct and motivate teammates in Receiving/Inbound operations.
• Communicate effectively within warehouse leadership and teams.
• Schedule and assign work for department teammates.
• Provide training to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies.

• Oversee adherence to procedures and control costs.
• Operate required equipment within 30 days of hire.
• Relieve other supervisors as needed.
