Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Outbound & Closing to lead dock operations, ensure safety, staffing, training, and on-time deliveries.

You will direct daily workflow, maintain paperwork, enforce policies, and oversee equipment operation and shift-end lock-up. Requires HS Diploma, 3+ years supervisory, forklift certified; experience with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates degree or 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates to meet warehouse goals.
• Ensure staffing, training, and safety across outbound and closing operations.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and passdowns; oversee lock-up at end of shift.
• Enforce warehouse policies and safety standards; manage equipment operation.
