Job summary

St. Mary’s Food Bank seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for Receiving and Inbound Operations to establish efficient processes, ensure staffing and training, and uphold safety, quality, and on-time deliveries in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role oversees receivers and put-away teams, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates with inventory control to reduce loss. Strong leadership and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associates degree or minimum five years work-related experience.
• Minimum of three years demonstrated and successful warehouse supervisory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, as well as warehouse management system computer experience.
• Forklift certified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Coordinate communication within warehouse leadership and teams.
• Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain departmental paperwork and reports.
• Create and manage schedules and job assignments.
