Aufgaben

• Work with Supervisors to train and develop the team on work instructions and area responsibilities.
• Monitor production performance and quality controls, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and participate in internal/external meetings as needed.
• Coordinate resource reallocation (people/supplies/products) to meet customer goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper workflow and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation and support 6S audits.
