Qualificações

• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training and developing team.
• Monitor production and quality controls per work instructions.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor and attend meetings.
• Reallocate resources with Supervisor to meet goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflow.
• Be point of contact for escalation issues.
• Identify and resolve process issues with Engineering.
• Maintain attendance roster for evacuation purposes.
• Assist with 6S audits and implement audit outcomes on the production floor.
• Possess forklift certification if needed for area.
