Job summary

Assurant is seeking a role based in Irving, TX, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, to train and develop a warehouse team while ensuring production and quality controls. You will work with Supervisors, participate in daily stand‑ups, and coordinate with other departments to meet customer goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPI and SLA performance, handling escalation issues, and supporting 6S audits with recommended improvements. Forklift certification may be required for this area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Proficiency and certification in the area they lead; forklift certification if needed.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with Supervisors to train and develop team; monitor production performance and quality controls.
• Attend daily stand-ups; participate in meetings with customers or vendors.
• Reallocate resources to meet customer goals and ensure proper workflow.
• Track attendance for evacuation purposes; participate in 6S audits and implement changes from audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and KPI/SLA performance; escalate issues to supervisor.
