Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or related environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team.
• Monitor production performance and ensure quality controls per work instructions.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and meetings with customers or vendors as needed.
• Reallocate resources (people, supplies, products) to meet customer goals.
• Escalation point of contact for employees to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering to identify and resolve process issues.
• Monitor attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation purposes.
• Participate in 6S audits and implement resulting changes on the floor.
• Monitor WIP aging and inventory levels for the assigned area.
• Track KPI and SLA performance and escalate concerns to supervisor.
