Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development of the team and monitor production performance.
• Ensure production and quality controls are met per area work instructions.
• Attend daily stand-ups and coordinate resource allocations with Supervisor.
• Interact with other departments to ensure proper workflow and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor KPI/SLA and update Supervisor on concerns.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation and participate in 6S audits.
