Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Receiving Coordinator for an automated conveyor and processing systems manufacturer in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role you’ll help keep materials moving by coordinating receiving, inventory, and shipping while supporting on‑time customer orders.

You’ll work on-site Monday‑Friday in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, using ERP systems to enter data, inspect shipments, and prepare orders for UPS, FedEx, and LTL pickups.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Enter received inventory into the ERP system and investigate discrepancies between products and packing slips
• Stock materials in designated locations and maintain accurate, organized inventory throughout the warehouse
• Process returned products and prepare outgoing returns with appropriate documentation
• Verify outgoing orders against pick lists and package products securely for shipment
• Enter shipment weights and dimensions, generate shipping labels, and prepare orders for UPS, FedEx, and LTL pickups
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area while following company safety procedures
