Dynatect Manufacturing seeks a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to keep materials moving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will assemble, verify, package, label orders, and prepare domestic and international shipments while receiving materials and verifying paperwork.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, basic math, and ERP/MRP system experience. Expect a hands-on team environment with forklift duties and local deliveries.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a ruler, tape measure, and simple part prints with shipping notes.
• Basic computer skills, including email, internet, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, verify, package, crate, and label customer orders.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments according to company procedures.
• Receive incoming materials, supplies, transfers, and other deliveries.
• Verify purchase orders and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Use hand tools and equipment to prepare shipments.
• Drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries to vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move materials to the correct locations.
• Use Syteline (ERP/MRP) software to process shipping and receiving transactions.
• Schedule shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carrier websites.
• Coordinate large crate and freight shipments with LTL carriers or customer-designated carriers.
• Communicate with Customer Service and Accounting to ensure accurate transactions.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas, equipment, vehicles, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Participate in company safety and Lean initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
