Job summary

Danfoss in Shawnee, OK is seeking a meticulous Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and dock operations on a 1st shift (6:30 am–2:30 pm). You will process receipts, verify against orders, and ensure compliance with safety and customs requirements.

You will back up the Receiving Team Lead, coordinate daily workflows, and support improvements. A high school diploma and 3–5 years in warehouse receiving or shipping are preferred; SAP experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety initiatives (OSHA), maintain a safe warehouse and operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP and warehouse systems; process receipts and movements; resolve variances.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and document shipments; verify materials against POs, packing slips, and bills of lading.
