FALK Panel USA in Walker, Michigan is hiring a Receiving Clerk to join our procurement team. You will receive and check in inbound deliveries, ensure accuracy against packing slips, and help maintain inventory records to keep production running smoothly.

The role emphasizes meticulous inspection, data entry, and coordination with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse leadership, with overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-focused with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Comfortable with basic computer work, scanning, data entry, and email/Teams.
• Reliable, with good attendance, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work on concrete floors in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Available full-time, with overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed.
• Receiving or warehouse experience, barcode scanner and WMS/ERP experience, forklift certification, or cycle counting experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Safely receive, unload, and process inbound deliveries.
• Check shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Label, tag, and stage materials in their designated locations.
• Enter receiving data accurately into our inventory system.
• Communicate receiving issues with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse leadership.
• Take part in cycle counts and help with putaway and restocking.
• Keep the receiving dock and storage areas organized, clean, and safe.
