FALK Panel USA in Walker, Michigan is hiring a Receiving Clerk to join our procurement team. You will receive and check in inbound deliveries, ensure accuracy against packing slips, and help maintain inventory records to keep production running smoothly.

The role emphasizes meticulous inspection, data entry, and coordination with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse leadership, with overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-focused with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Able to read and follow work instructions, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Comfortable with basic computer work, scanning, data entry, and email/Teams.
• Reliable, with good attendance, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work on concrete floors in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Available full-time, with overtime during peak periods and Saturdays as needed.
• Receiving or warehouse experience, barcode scanner and WMS/ERP experience, forklift certification, or cycle counting experience is a plus.

About the Role

We are hiring a Receiving Clerk to join our Procurement team in Walker, Michigan, reporting to the Procurement Manager. You will receive and check in every inbound delivery, catch damage or shortages before they become problems, and keep our inventory records accurate.

When materials are received correctly and put in the right place, Production can keep running and our customers get their orders on time. This role is where that starts.
