Job summary

Vantage Apparel in the United States is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to manage receipt of customer-supplied items and timely shipment of finished embroidered products. You will verify packing slips, ensure accuracy of quantities, and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math and able to interpret labels and data.
• Must read, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work physically.

Responsibilities

• Match received goods to packing slips and verify quantities and specifications.
• Complete receiving log accurately and timely.
• Ensure timely shipment of finished embroidered goods per customer requests.
• Prepare shipments by organizing goods and completing shipping documents.
• Stage pallets, wrap/box products, and label finished goods for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department needs.
