Panelmatic, Inc is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Youngstown, OH. You will receive freight, document it in the ERP system, store items, and prepare shipments with accuracy.

This role requires forklift operation, basic MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, time management, and safety. A high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience are preferred; competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two plus years of experience in carpentry or construction industry or roles preferred.
• Two-plus years of experience operating a forklift.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• High levels of organizational and time management skills.
• High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours.
• Alignment with company core values.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages and freight; document in ERP system.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Unload trailers and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform inventory management and material storage.
• Prepare items for shipping and related duties as assigned by management.
• Support MS Office/Excel usage for inventory control.
