Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for Warehouse Inventory Associates in Fremont, CA. This contract-to-hire role is fully onsite and involves hands-on inventory control, data entry in ERP, and shipping/receiving tasks with forklifts.

The position offers a daytime shift and a pay range reflective of warehouse roles in the region. Responsibilities include maintaining organized aisles, processing inventory transactions, counting cycles, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

Qualifications

Job description

Now Hiring Warehouse Inventory Associates!

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse aisles by following established sorting, stocking, and organization guidelines.
• Process inventory accurately by performing receiving, data entry, and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Proactively investigate and correct inventory discrepancies, including performing regular cycle counts.
• Open, stack, and package cases and merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete the freight process within designated timeframes, including unloading truck trailers, loading merchandise onto carts, and distributing inventory to correct locations.
• Pull and stock merchandise in the appropriate warehouse and stockroom locations according to company procedures.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move large amounts of materials safely across the building.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities using systems such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping tools.
• Handle material, packing, and palletizing tasks to support shipping, receiving, and production needs.
• Use a computer and ERP systems to perform data entry, track inventory, and process shipping documentation.
• Keep the warehouse floor, stockroom, and sorting areas clean, safe, and orderly at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
