Job summary

Ryzen Solutions is seeking a Logistics Associate - Receiving Specialist to manage incoming shipments, perform receiving inspections, and document verification in an electronics components environment. You will train receivers on MRP transactions, support inventory accuracy, and coordinate with Purchasing and Production to resolve discrepancies, while ensuring safety and warehouse organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
  • MRP system experience and knowledge required (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • RMA, procurement, or Return to Vendor experience required.
  • Independent and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and usage of dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments and conduct incoming receiving inspection, including physical and visual inspection and document verification.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, relevant documentation, and labeling.
  • Provide training on MRP transactions and best practices to optimize the flow of goods into the warehouse.
  • Resolve incoming invoice discrepancies and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Triage incoming materials.
  • Provide training for MRP transactions, RF devices, and relevant receiving computer hardware.
  • Communicate with Purchasing and Production teams on receiving issues and discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of stock inventory locations, receiving dock, and warehouse.
  • Perform RMA and return to vendor transactions.
  • Report on inventory quantity, units processed, and overall material status.
  • Report on relevant metrics.

Job description

Logistics Associate - Receiving Specialist

Pay range: 35 to 49/hr

The role of Receiving Specialist involves managing, processing, and executing all material movement transactions in an electronic component production environment. This includes handling physical and transactional tasks related to receiving incoming purchase orders, putaways, cycle counts, and resolving invoicing transactions. The position also entails guiding and training Receivers, assigning daily work tasks, and overseeing incoming materials in the Warehouse. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with quality teams on failed material inventory movement, conducting inventory analysis such as cycle counting and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Physical Requirements
